In the fancier part of Domino, there is a large, but not gigantic, boxy building being opened, complete with wooden window frames and other signs of Nordic Classicism.
In front of the door is a lovely fountain, and a small stage, where a tall blonde woman has just handily defeated a challenger in a duel. Above the stage, a banner reads "The Aesir Foundation comes to Domino!". Another individual challenges her, and is rapidly defeated. They seem to be dueling to win a crystal trophy resembling a flame.
She pauses from the dueling to answer queries from, and in general converse with, the people around the stage.
