THAT .GIF OF HUNTER PARRISH IS A STRONG ARGUMENT THAT THIS IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE THOUGH.

SOME OF THINGS ABOUT THAT SCENE ARE OVERDONE AND A LITTLE TERRIBLE BUT MOSTLY IT IS PERFECT AND SHINING AND GOLDEN AND I LOVE IT.

SEASON EIGHT VIEWING PLAN IF YOU EVER GO FOR IT:

-All of 801-803, or just the Silas parts if you're not feeling it.
-The Silas parts of 806
-The Silas and Andy parts of 807
-The Silas parts of 809
-The Silas and Doug parts of 810 [maybe not even the Silas parts??? I barely remember this as its own episode tbh]
-The Silas and Doug parts of 811 [or the Nancy parts too if you want to see Guillermo and Conrad? but like who cares about Nancy at this point]
-The Silas and Andy and Doug parts of 812/813, or the whole thing if you want, IDK, IT'S THE FINALE, LOTS OF OLD CHARACTERS COME BACK

AND/OR JUST 811-813, THAT GIVES YOU ALL THE SILAS HAPPY ENDING YOU'LL NEED. This is obviously very Silas-biased but EVERYONE ELSE'S STUFF IS GARBAGE? Nancy and Shane only have good stuff in the first few episodes, Andy's only great at the end and in 807, Doug's useless most of the season, but Silas is the only one who has an actual story that actually feels like it came out of where he's been before and that actually leads into where he ends up in the finale. GARBAGE JOB ON EVERYTHING ELSE, WEEDS WRITERS, BUT GREAT JOB ON SILAS.

I HAD A SINKING FEELING DANY'S S2 STORY WASN'T GOING TO GET ANY BETTER THAN IT HAS BEEN.
