And THEN? It all went horribly wrong, because someone thought Wally dying was the right decision? To which I call BULLSHIT, and it should've been Barry, and I feel like the only reason it wasn't is because of Dan Didio's man crush on Barry Allen.

I mean where did we go wrong in that Wally West didn't deserve to live and take up the Flash mantle? Or for him and Artemis to be happy together? Were we being punished? Because all those glorious things we got with Wally and Artemis feel like they came to a screeching halt in Endgame. Like a can of bleech being poured into a gas tank.

Personally I am THIS close to convincing myself that a different version of Endgame exists where Wally takes up the Flash mantle LIKE HE SHOULD HAVE( a more insane version of me is thinking of spending my tax refund on a lobotomization that makes me think that THAT is what happened the entire time, and anything that contradicts that causes an electric shock). Hell I'm thinking of writing a fanfic of it. Because NO WAY was that finale where Wally dies, the absolute right decision.
