-I sprained my ankle by walking off my bed
things that happened this weekend:
-Friday, Maloney, Andrew, and I ventured to hella lame parties and silly little talks about important shit and how hot Jew Chloe from LL is. Also, we had the shortest visit to Joel's house ever: in and out in under 30 seconds; we were told it was a party, but that was a damn lie for which Joel shalt not be forgiven any time soon.
-Last night, Jeremy, Maloney and I had a good one. We picked up Andrew and went to 823 house, where most people were too high to die, and we sat in a circle and did the usual bullshit, which was actually not that bad. Lily swung by, which means she's definitely a chiller. But there was another destination in our destiny that night: an ENVS gathering to which Alex Wang was privy. I saw a third Chloe, Chloe Liberman, CAN lady (I'm sure this is not actually her title); Joe from PICA; Kerbtron; Damian; Leonid Ronin; and a bunch of chillers. The band was really good and covered "Freak Out" by Chic among other dankity dank danks. The hippy B.O. smelled like curry to me, not offensively bad. Not like Julani bad. Jeremy and I ate raw garlic and carrots and quinoa, and some duder ate raw ginger dipped in maple butter. It was intense. There was a bonfire in the back yard. I think I met the woman who's going to speak at ESLP on Monday and she spoke Spanish to me and another guy for a long time while I tried to keep up, which was really fun. I think going to a Spanish-speaking country will be great because what is mundane here, such as lame converations will become fun challenges. And there will be passion fruits galore. Galore, I tell you!
