Fridays are long days. I awoke round about 8 cuz I had a 9:30 section and hadn't done the reading yet. The reading paid off as I was pretty much the only dude who talked in section. I got a fab new haircut (pics will be posted when I have pics that aren't just me showing off my haircut) and a fab new slice of pizza (pics will never be posted). On the bus ride home I almost fell asleep several times, and planned to nap just about as soon as I returned to the abode. But, instead, I ate a lil' food, got my drink on, and rode my bizike over to 823 house, where everyone was more drunk than they usually are, even considering it was a Friday. We smoked hookah while listening to "Paper Thin Walls," which seemed an apt song for the evening. There were 2 hook-ups, one of which prompted this comment the next day multiple times as if to convince herself more than her audience: "I don't remember anything about last night." Lots of impromptu hugging of 3 or more people at once, usually with someone (the weakest link, probably) giving a declaration of his or her own inebriation. Also, I saw Lily and Amber for the first time this year, along with Dave G. The ride back wasn't as painful as I thought it might be. There was still movement at Beckman's at 2 AM, so I couldn't get any bread. Oh, and Maloney passed out and was shamed. The highlight was a goblin coming out of his sock.
