Note: This was a little more complicated than usual as Sam was possessed for most of the episode. I've counted the times the demon was pretending to be Sam as Sam, but I also added Sam talking about himself in the third person. I've included the times Dean talked to the demon in Sam and the demon talked to Dean from within Sam in parentheses.
