Blaaaaah. I'm sick. Last night I was really congested and my throat was dying, but then I woke up today and my thorat was dying, I was really congested, and I felt sore all over. Yay! So I went to the doctor and he gave a brown paper bag full of medicines. It was actually pretty funny. He walked into the room with this bag and emptied it out and medicine flew all over the place. He doesn't know what I have, but he's treating me for everything I might have to get me in shape for Wednesday to do the show.
Speaking of which, this weekend was awesome. Seussical went really well, even on the Sunday show which usually sucks. Of course, we were all motavated to do well because the Washington Post critics were there. I'm pretty nervous for when the reviews come out. I'll probably be mentioned somewhere in it, and it will be the first time my name will be in a big newspaper for acting. Arg. Anyway, the shows went well and the cast parties were pretty awesome. Quick side note: thank you to all the people who came out to the show/complimented me. It means a lot. Yesterday a bunch of us went to Silver Diner after the show, which was a merry ol' time. I got the delicious cheese fries because, really, there's nothing better than Silver Diner's cheese fries.
It's so weird to think that I only have three shows left on the Wootton stage. Only one cast party. Everything about high school is winding down, and it's really bizarre to think that I'm growing up.
Interesting side note: Hannah Losman and Gabby Fish had to study a culture foreign to them for their Anthropology class, so they went to the cast party on Saturday and took notes. Of course, that was the cast party were I decided to act like an idiot. Awesome. It'd be interesting to see that report when it's done.
Alright, I'm realizing that this has no point and I don't know why I'm updating, so I'm going to go collapse on the couch and watch TV. Peace.
