So I'm sitting at work, beading and listening to the Grateful Dead. Shut up.
My parents, JJ and I watched this documentary on the history of rock n' roll, and my dad started tearing up when they got to this era. I asked, "Why?" He said, "Because I was young and I really thought we were gonna change the world, but we didn't." That kinda made ME tear up.. heh.
Anyway, I feel like a total hippie today. I'm wearing patchouli, beading, and listening to the Grateful Dead. If only I'd been born three decades earlier, I'd have changed my name to Sunshine, moved to a commune, and practiced free love. Born too late.. curses!
