So, can I be the first (or maybe 29384393825th) to say "SNAPS to BET!" ? They did a wonderful job with Black Girls Rock! I've never felt so uplifted and honored to be a black woman by watching ANYTHING on BET, really. For them to put on such a wonderful show, spotlighting other women in the Black Community (besides honoring Alicia Keys, Mary J Blige and Beyonce for the fifty leventh time!) and glorifying our attributes instead of our bodies, was a huge step forward for them. It's been a long time coming since I've swelled with pride like that. So kudos to you, BET.
