bring to boil (60 minute boil)

6 lb 6 oz light liquid malt extract
-20 min

1 oz amarillo
-10 min

chill wort to 70 degrees and mix with 2.5 gallons of 65 degree water.

2 pkg safale s-04 dry yeast.
