"Hi," Rikku replied, a little out of breath herself. "Not here. Go somewhere?"

What it lacked in eloquence it made up for in brevity.

"Yes," Jude agreed, nodding swiftly before kissing her again.

Rikku kissed him back, and then realized that that was sort of the whole problem, and all. And pushed him lightly so she could sit up. "Seriously. Soon, because ... alcoves. Where?"

"Uh . . ."

This was totally Jude's thinky-face. Not Jude's you're-pretty face.

Rikku stood up, flailing a bit, because if she didn't stand up she was going to kiss Jude again and seriously. Alcoves. "Darn it."

Jude reached out to steady her and looked around for his toque as he scrambled to his feet. "Out?"

"Out where?" Rikku pulled his toque down into his eyes because it was kinda cute when she did that and hey, that was touching and not of a get-them-killed-by-cabinmates variety. "Pick a direction?"

"There?" Jude pointed, grabbed her hand, and barrelled in that direction.

Okay, they'd stopped kissing, so her brain was working again. That helped. "Wait," she said, tugging her hand free and hopping back into the cabin.

She returned with a towel folded up under her arm and grabbed his arm and started heading in that direction instead. "Beach," she explained helpfully.

And then, once they were far enough away from the cabins that it was safe to stop for a kiss, "Dork."

"Me?" Jude protested, but he didn't keep from returning the kiss. A couple of times. Just for good measure.

"You," she said, giggling. "No planning. Just dragging me off. Not very romantic."

That took a while to say, what with all the kissing inbetween sentences.

"Totally," kiss, "romantic!" he protested. "It was spontaneous." He couldn't even get 'spontaneous' out without breaking it up with a kiss.

Rikku pulled him closer and stopped objecting for a few minutes.

"Okay. Spontaneous. Spontaneous is good." She managed to pronounce it all in one go, but only barely. "Beach." And started pulling him along again. Because the sooner they reached the beach, the sooner she could stop worrying about her knees wobbling like that.

"Beach," Jude agreed happily, almost running after her.

Towel! Towels were good. Towels meant not getting scratched by sand.

Towels also unfolded quickly and you could take a moment to feel the breeze coming off the water and see how pretty it was here in the twilight air before tacklepouncing your boyfriend onto said towel.

Sand floofed out around them and Jude let out an 'oof' as he hit the sand. Then his arms were latching around Rikku, his hands spreading over her back and sides as he kissed her hungrily.
