Thadius In Ann Arbor
What a fine day! I love driving around downtown Ann Arbor, blasting the Gorillaz "Feel Good Inc."
Today, we went on a mission! A mission to find WIZZYWIG!!!!!! Yes, that strangley named anime and japanese stuff store. As I was preparing to leave, my parents prematurally in the car, I thought to myself, "I bet dad forgot the directions." He did. But he didn't realize this until about 30 minutes into the 1 hour long journey. Oh well, who needs directions when you're going to a store you've never been to before.
Getting close to the downtown area, I saw a blue house. Not light blue, but cobalt blue. The best kind of blue there is. A punky kinda girl (at least she looked like one from afar) was on the stoop, stepping into the door. Stoop kid's afraid to leave the stoop!! On the way home, I saw above the door, the word "RAD" and then I couldn't read the rest...Drat! I must go back there and see what that's all about. I saw some very interesting graffiti way up high on this bridge or overpass, I don't remember which. The best one was "PUNKS WIN" Once we reached downtown, we headed to the parking garage which brought about some fine memories of Seinfeld. Also, we almost hit a fellow with dredlocks and a broken arm in a sling. If we had, I bet we'd have busted his other arm. Sad, funny, sick, twisted.
Then we walked to that fabulous store, Wizzywig! What was inside astounded me. So much Bleach, so much One Piece, so much loveeeeeeee. I don't want to make this one too long so I shall tell about the rest of my journey tomorrow! And you shall learn of my fine purchases!
