meet frankie, the stray puppy who "followed" us home from our walk yesterday.
he's half bald, itches constantly, is covered in scabs, infested with fleas, but the vet couldn't find any intestinal parasites, mites or scabies. he's being treated for all of those because there is just no way he isn't full of buggies.
