So i started a new workout routine.
i figured since i'm single now i need to get my butt back in shape. i have exactly ten days until my birthday, and i'm looking for a quick fix. So from now on, no more junk food, no more shit, and no more crappy eating. and NO MORE MUNCHIES. i refuse to munch out when i've been smoking too much pot. its going to be hard to not munch, but i'm going to do my best. i need to keep lotsa water and crystal light in the house.

lots of grilled chicken and salad too.

i can't wait to be hot and have a bangin body again.

give me a month. and i'll be bangin.
