Moving.
I meet with a Realtor this Thursday to look at some houses in Clifton on W. Clifton Ave and Victor. I'm very excited. I need this.
The cheapest house is dirt cheap ($45,000 to own). I could pay it off in just a few years if I had 2-3 roommates. Unfortunately, it's falling apart and too close to Over the Rhine. And it's not a good sign that almost every house on the block is for sale.
The nicest and the one I'm most excited about is a victorian with 5 bedrooms and a garage. It is walking distance from UC and in a safer part of Clifton. Unfortunately, it would take over a decade for me to pay it off and I don't know if I can commit to that.
