Honestly, I'd rather think of what common illegal vice might become legal in the future- marijuana! Let's hope, anyway.
I really don't think the whole nation will outlaw some common vice. Some communities may ban smoking anywhere except private homes and clubs, maybe, or pass more statutes against gambling or trans fats or adult bookstores, but I doubt we'll see a national ban of anything new. Maybe I'm forgetting about something, though.
