And What Did You Do To Day?
Well Today was the day that the 4day walkers came by our house. The four day walk is the biggest walking event in the world and people come from all over the world to do this and it is 40K a day. *Yes a day* if you are at the beginning age,which is 12, you start with 30K a day then 40K and the men and military do 50K a day.
So what did i do all day... hand out water and spray solders *some extremely cute solders* with water.
It was fun. one of my friends came over and we had a hose and gave water to the people walking by and i tell you there are some pretty good looking guys ^_~
There was this one german guy that was resting behind us and margriet was trying to figure out if they were dutch or not. After she came back from talking to them she told me they were german. But i tell you this one guy had the most stunning blue eyes you could just daze in them for ever.
At some point in time Andreas came over to us and gave us a beer. So we were handing out water while having fun and drinking german beer which is really good ^_^
Every once and a while Margriet or I would get splashed by one of the walkers because there was a small laundry basket catching all of the water so that people could dip in their hands, face, hats ect.
I got splashed by one of the walkers with a lot of water and they were all laughing and i shouted, good humor-ly, "Thats not funny!!"
Then after most of the walkers had gone we went and had BBQ followed of course by coffee.
so i am extremely tired ^_^; and just want to go a lay down especially since i am so sore from standing all day.
