(no subject)
Well Katie left yesterday (I had another entry saying katie left today but then something happened and i lost my post and i was too frustrated to re-write it!)
So here it goes again
She left in the morning. It was really cool to have her here because it was really nice to have someone around to talk to. She stayed for two weeks and I went to go see "The Prince and Me" Which i loved. I Also went to Rotterdam with Katie and Margrette which was cool. We did a lot of walking back and forth though, since katie really didnt want to take the subway or the trams. But we got to see the cube houses and the bridge also a little shopping but everyone was to tired to really do anything else. The previous night Katie and i had the house to our selfs so Margrette came over and we had this absolutely delicious stir-fry with noodles. Then we watched Charmed but instead of going to bed early so we could get up early and go into town and go to the underwear store ^_^; we, katie and I, stayed up doing our nails and talked about everything from politics and religion it was fun. I also went to go see "The day after tomorrow" with katie, neeltje, and her boyfriend i quite liked the movie it was way better then i thought it was going to be. There were some moments when i got surprised and sank down into my seat. i think the people behind us found the amusing.
I am totally going to miss Francesca shes my little munchkin! she is the smartest and cutest little thing and she is always helping me. She helps me put the grocerys away (she did that before she went to kindergarden as well) and giving me these huge hugs and kisses... *snifsnif*
She was watching blues clues *in dutch* and they had to figure out the words to a song and francesca got it right away
Rew rew rew de.....
then francesca said "Boot" I was so surprised because its Row row row your boat. (ack it took me three tries to spell that right" I've gotten to used to dutch and not using english @_@)
When ever she sings Row row row your boat in english she sings the version i taught her ^_^;
"Row row row your boat
gently down the stream
if you see a crocodile
don't forget to scream!"
hehe
anyways i have to very speedily set the table!!
