yay weekend
yay weekend!
Ok so Friday after classes I was planning on going to work and then just going back home and doing homwork, but i forgot that it was Todd's birthday. So when I got home my roommates were all running around and getting ready to go to Hooters to celebrate. ( well all except one, Ashley's boyfriend was here so they stayed in) I got dressed and went to Hooters and had a really good chicken sandwich. then after a few hours of work we headed back over to Todd's apartment for his birthday bash...oh my gosh were we lucky we didn't get fined. there was so much alchol in that place. They guys filled up their little fridge (like the size that i use to have) with Jello shots..it was amazing. and through the night there were like 60 random people that showed up. It was one of those.. I know you, you, you , you and hi, I don't know you but I'll sit on your lap anyway parties. I was a little tipsy by like 11 ( we started at 9:30). by the time the druken karoke started. Funniest thing I have ever seen. but i was so embarissed when we had pledges that showed up...they are not supposed to see that side of APO till after they are active. I hope they didn't get the wrong idea. So Later my roommate took me home so I could get some slep for Sat. I think she will be the most excited when I turn 21, they I can go out with her. Most of her friends are youngins. But whatever.
Sat. Matt and I drove down to EIU to see Paulie and the LBC concert. really good show. The only thing that pissed me off about it was that the girls directly in front of me have never heard any of there stuff I bet. They were pissed when the mosh pit got up near them. And you wanted to say, well then stay away from the front if you don't want in the pit. After the show we went to get food and then played pool and hung out with his floor. They seem cool and he seems to like them. Coudn't sleep at night though because the floor was too hard and my hips were pointy and they hurt if I layed on them (and thats the only way I can sleep). I tried all the corny things to make yourself fall asleep, and then reight when I was about to some drunk girl randomly called his room. Woke me up. Needless to say i got almost no sleep and then got up at like 6 to drive to UofI for the bears game.
Bears game would have been a blast of the damn Beas could catch the stinking football! No, it was fun anyway. I worked with there two really cool people from Weslyan and ISU. we were in charge of transfering the bottled drinks into glasses because the bottles are forbiddon on the field. sounds borring but we mde this random system and had so much fun. The one guy (name was Jason, can't think of which school) we kind of cute- I hope he comes next weekend for confrence business meeting here! After consessions we all went to watch the rest of the game (ie, right when they started loosing) the I proceeded in driving drunk-tired back to Bradley and now I am too tired to even touch my homework. Guess it will have to wait till tomorrow
