I've caught up to where I need to be in Dante's Purgatorio. I have yet to begin my Philosophy and Literature paper on Plato's Alcibiades I, but I took a lot of notes in class to prepare. There is no topic, which makes starting the paper a bit tougher, but I think I'll be able to get a significant portion of it completed before Friday. My Early Modern Philosophy paper isn't due until Tuesday, so I may just put it off until Monday. I also have all day Tuesday before class to work on it. I'm not so worried about my homework interfering with the fun weekend that looms, ahead, just beyond the horizon.
I paid my Paris deposit. $500. I need to turn in my yellow sheet to the study abroad office. I'll probably take a break and do that in an hour or so. I forgot to grab it when I went to the student center earlier. D'oh. I'm fucking excited for Paris. I really hope that on one weekend I am there, I can get a train ticket to Amsterdam, consume gallons of mushroom tea, trip balls, and take in the Van Gogh museum. That would own, oui.
In other news, high school visitors descend upon an unsuspecting lunch crowd. John was surprised and perplexed. That is all.
