The SIBO Diet

It seems like I've been on this diet forever.  But it's really only been a couple of months.

No gluten.  No lactose.  No garlic, onions...and bunch of other stuff.

Le sigh.

So many tasty things I've had to pass up.

But, for the most part things are feeling at least a little better.  Definitely fewer bad days than before the diet.

Side bonus; weight loss.  The old buffet pants won't even stay up anymore.

Hopefully one day I can go back to eating tasty, gluteny baked goods.
