Sure...like, one day.
But now that I'm over that stupid summer cold, it's hard to sit in front of a PC when I'm not at work.
Still doing the low fodmap diet. I think I miss baked goods most of all. Picking out a little tasty something at the bakery had become a bit of a ritual after I stopped drinking last year.
Grocery shopping has had its ups and downs lately.
So far I've lost two belt holes. Not sure how much actual weight. Ten pounds maybe?
The diet wasn't to lose weight though. It was to help end the hell of my IBS. I'd say those results have been pretty mixed. Things are generally at least a little better. But not really consistenly so. Bad days make me just want to say fuck this stupid diet and bury my face in cupcakes.
