I'm thinking seriously of getting a Macbook. My current laptop is the BIGGEST pile of SHITE ever, seriously. Plus I've heard nothing but good things, but they're so expensive!!
Although I will need it for the next 2.5 years at least, and will more than likely use it as a teacher. Plus there is a great education discount for students/teachers! Ben offered to give it to me as a birthday present, just need to decide if I want it.
Does anybody have/have experience with a Mac, particularly the MacBook? Is it worth the money? Is it hard to get used to from using Windows?
Pros/cons?? I'm particularly interested in the speed and battery life so I can use it at uni. The one I have now is incredibly slow and has TERRIBLE battery life, I basically never take it off charge.
Have you ever gotten a virus with it?
Anything you can tell me would be great - what you love, hate about it etc.
