Woo, Super Bowl. The greatest game of the Football season. The one game where everyone gets together and realizes just how incredibly one sided a game can be. Excitment long dead after the first quarter and a bitter regret of bordom and resentment setting in as the announcers depseratly try to keep the fans insterestd in a game that pretty much ended after Rex Grossman lost his 3rd football. What a funny game! Lots of chace for Joke and merriment!
Further more, whats with Hakuna Matata? Is it or is it not a complete and utter rip off of the Bear Necessities. Even the tunes sound hte same if you squint your eyes. Further more I think Hakuna Matata is one of the best examples of twisted Propoganda I have ever seen. If I ask a child or an adult even "what Hakuna Matata?" they all walk the same line. "Oh its just this wonderfull and beautiful philosphy about how you should have no worries and live your life out in happiness and just live life the way you want with no worries for the rest of your days jsut a wonderful and care free philosphy so wonderful and great. Great message"
Am I the only one that actually watched the Lion King? Hakuna Matata whats it mean? Means lack of responsiblity and to turn a way from the suffering of others becuase your having a good time right? Guilty over your fathers death and your right to his lineage? HEY! HAKUNA MATATA! hmmm where does this philosphy fit into history? Hey! Stalin? People starving and going insane every day blamed for the death of millions in your own country? HAKUNA MATATA! Hooray!
Singing and dancing Pig and Rat worked way to well in this song and tricked everyone who heard it into thinking it was a good thing Not into what it was suppose to be. Chaining Simba away from becoming the Lion he was ment to be the lion he was born to be.
Its terrible how these cartoons sing and dance about how you should ignore all your sadness and all your guilt and just Hakuna Matata it all away. Horrible I say Horrible. I have yet to remember a time in my life that i haven't thanked god for any sadness I have sufferd or any chance of kindess or empathy I could offer towards the suffering of others. SImba was such a Hack growing up. Pfffft Hakuna Matata.
