(no subject)
Hello kids and welcome to another episode of Brittany's college life.
Yeah.
That ice cream social thing I had to go to.. well there was ice cream.. but no social part. I don't much like the antisocial ice cream socials.. they are much more boring.
Friday night at the student union a comedy group came in and did standup and improv. Funny stuff. lol... Tickle the beaver ^_^. I'll tell you later if you ask about it.
Saturday was homework galore day. I slept in till 11ish, went to get breakfast, then went to the interior design classroom and drafted and rendered and all that good stuff for a good 5 hours, with one or two breaks in between. Crazy, right? So I went to get dinner and took my stuff back to my dorm and finished picking out furniture and upholstery, etc. to add to my presentation (a 32x40 chipboard) then did my fondation homework. LEt's just say I finally went to bed around 2 because I have that perfectionist thing going on. But they both got a handful of compliments across campus.
Sunday Missy, Renae, Erica and Madison came in and we were going to go to the beach, but due to bacterial contamination from the rain, you weren't allowed in the water at any of the nearby beaches. So we went to Canal Street and went shopping. You know, imports, cheap prices, good stuff. I got a cool slouch bag for like $13 bucks.. I love it.. but its in Missy's car with my jacket.. but I'll get them tomorrow if missy comes in for dinner.. oh.. so I wont be online for a few days after today.. prolly thursday unless I get some time extra.But anyway. We went shopping, then left because Mad Rose was tired. Then we went to the Madison Marine park (huge) and just sat for a while. Afterwards we went to meet Taffy for dinner and got some Turkish food, which was pretty good. Not great, but good.
Today wasn't much interesting going on, I just had to present my weekend homework in both classes. Long day. Tomorrow I have my first history and portfolio classes, and missy is coming in I think. ((needs to call her))Wednesday I am going to Soho for my Int. Des. class which should be fun.
ANd by the way, I hope you guys are alright after Dennis. I know my Dad still didn't have power at the house this morning so.. yeah. I'll be getting the rain later this week prolly. I just can't escape it eh? Naw, I wouldn't have minded much be around for it. But nonetheless I hope you guys didnt get too much damage and what not. I heard 98 was taken out again too. Geez.
WElp, this has turned out pretty long, so I'll stop now. Comment all you want, I like comments.

Renae and Missy decided I am going to be decked out when I come home with corn rows, etc.. and that my new name would be Britanay.. or Britonka for short.. as long as -nay is on the end so it'd be like.. Britonkanay? lol.. My sister is crazy ^_^. I'm glad to know I'm not the only crazy one in my family.
