today's events were.. interesting. this was the first party my mother has ever attepmted to throw. But I got to meet Barb. I showed her some of my pictures (it came up in conversation) andwill skipping through them passing over pics of friends, her and my grandma both thought my guy friends were all quite cute. It was an amusing conversation. Lol, Geoff, they said you sure had a lot of hair. ^_^

1. Total number of books I own: A lot.. I can't count em right now since I'm not home, but i've got at least a couple shelves full. Family-wise though, we have storage bins full of them--enough to fill four or five almost-to-the-ceiling bookcases.
2. Last book I bought: Um..those ones we need for history(four of 'em- the series and supplemental text), The Great Gatsby, Grapes of Wrath, The Scarlet Letter, Babylon Revisited and other short stories, and another one that I dont recall the name of. Also I got two free ones in the mail the other day. *yay*

3. Last book(s) I read: Re-read da vinci code, The Grapes of Wrath, The Great Gatsby, and one of the stories from Babylon revisited called Ice Palace.
4. 5 books that mean a lot to me: Um.. The Thief, Da Vinci Code, (I dont remember the name but the one after the Thief called Queen of A-...something), the Little House on the Prairie series, and.. the Chicken Soup books (this is different from favorite books you see.. because not all favorite books mean a lot to your life, they are just really good)
