So anyway, we leave for New York tomorrow. It will be all over CNN, I hear. The cast of X men will be here, as well. I'm not as excited as I should be...well, not as excited as everyone else is. I guess I'll start to feel it more when we get there??? Who knows. I do know, however, that the pizza up there is delicious. And there is a Chevy's right across the street from Port Authority. I'm hoping to see the Metropolitan Museum of Art, I hear it's really great. As well as visit Ground Zero and pay respects. *yawn* i'd much rather just stay home, though. You can only accomplish so much being a tourist.
I went to the most ghetto mall in the eastern United States to go see "The Da Vinci Code" on Saturday. It was a good thing to do, becuase no one was in the theater. I really enjoyed that movie, especially because it almost followed the book perfectly. I love movies like that. I also love movies that make me feel....enlightened as I walk out of the theater, make me feel like it oculd actually be true. That was one of those movies. Plus Gandalf Of Many Colors was in it, so that was pretty cool. He's quite clever.
