Omg, finally finished that stupid essay on cultures and values and The English Patient and Heart of Darkness *headdesk*
1047 WORDS!!! And with such a broad statement:
“Write an essay in which you discuss how culture and values are represented in the two texts you have studied this year as well as in the stimulus material.”
LIKE WTF DX But finally that's done, and I also managed to finish my 5 minute speech for English (with another obscure statement to discuss, this time: "We cannot consider texts as isolated units containing universal truths, rather we must view them as products which communicate the values and context of their culture."), but it needs a bit of polishing to fit within the time limit.
So that's English taken care of for this week *___* Who cares that I'm probably gonna get below 80% in the real thing, and that I'm pretty much on the verge of failing Maths and possibly badly passing Economics and Chemistry asdf;lkj. I'll, uh, stress about them another day.
Ooooh, and another thing to make me happy - MY PRINTER IS WORKING AGAIN <333 Well, it was always working, but my computer was being an ass and wouldn't recognise any printers connected to it, but now it's alive and I can print *__* So after exams, gonna print out a bunch of pictures and spam my school diary >=D
The front is originally really dull looking - some navy blue leather thing with our logo/emblem on it which is meant to be a torch but looks like an icecream -.- So again I covered it :D I kinda like last year's better though...
It's actually meant to be a kinda daily planner thing, where you write in your homework and things due and crap like that... though mine just gets graffitied in, and random wrappers and stuff stuck in it too xD;; Some pages are a lot more intense than others though... especially if it's other people writing in it xD
Yuck, again I sleep at midnight. I had a nap on the bus and then because I got up so abruptly before my stop the bus driver thought I had missed it and was like "had a little snooze and missed your stop, did you?" kinda thing xD;;
And lastly, my most recent interest... SUZUKI HIROKI!!! This guy isn't the one from D-Boys though, just another actor with the same name. He's acted in Koko wa Greenwood (yeah, that guy with long hair who pretends to be a girl in the beginning xD;;) andddd the reason why I've taken interest in him, he acts as Sanzo Genjyo in the Saiyuki Musical: Go To The West. I'm a Hakkai fangirl, but if I watch this... hmm, I, I might become a Sanzo fangirl asdf;lkj.
Unfortunately, I don't know who to credit for these images since my friend sent them to me and I have no idea where she got them from m(_ _)m
That's okay though. I fully ship Sanzo & Hakkai 38 LOVE :DDD
