Newburyport Lit Fest
I would like to take this opportunity to shamelessly plug Newburyport's townwide Literary Festival on Saturday, April 28th. Well, technically it's Fri April 27th-Sun Apri 29th, but most everything is happening on Saturday the 28th. It's the 2nd annual festival, and they're expecting thousands of people. The special honoree this year is music critic Peter Guralnick. Other authors to be appearing are Andre Dubus III, Anita Diamant, Jennifer Haigh, Claire Messud, Tom Perotta (along with Todd Field, the director of Little Children), and lots more. 11:30am - Archer Mayor reads from The Second Mouse
1:00pm - Aine Greaney reads from The Sheep Breeders Dance
