[Slowly, inch by inch, Dakki awakens. Which immediately strikes her as odd, as her thoughts spin up and engage. Mornings are usually a snap-bam-up-and-out-of-bed affair, not this sluggish, heavy-limbed...]
Hwaaaah....
[...was that a yawn? Oh, that felt weird. Her hardware wasn't prone to yawns. Utterly disturbed, she sits bolt up in bed, patting at the covers and rubbing at her eyes.]
What... what the heck is wrong with me?
[Lots of things were apparently wrong. For instance, she was wearing a long cotton nightgown, rather than sleeping in her usual skivvies. It made it so hard to move her legs! They were so constricted, it was like she was kicking something!
...wait. She was kicking something. Someone.]
Gat?!
[Oh Holy Light, she was in bed with Gat. She was wearing funny clothes and in bed with Gat. She was never gonna live this down, once word got out at the Colony.]
...Gaaaaat? Uh, Gat... [kick] G'won, get up and explain this to me.
