I didn't get the same lift today as I did yesterday from drinking glutamine after kefir, but then I wasn't as tired as I was yesterday. I think I burned through my daily energy allowance walking around town for supplements. It turns out vitamin D, zinc and magnesium are co-dependent, so you need to take all three for them to be effective. I'd been taking them in various combinations over the years but rarely, I think, at the same time. I've been taking so many supplements it's like playing poker, the winning hand is probably there, I just need the right combination... I found out about this co-dependency from the Eric Berg video below. I have most of these ticked already I'm proud to say, apart from the exercise. Eric Berg is great, he's also a committed Scientologist, but no one's perfect, as Tony Curtis says at the end of Some Like It Hot.
