Went outside to take Munch for a quick jaunt down the cul-de-sac and back.
There were two chickens standing in the middle of the road,
pecking at asphalt.
One was black with bright red wattles. The other
had deep red feathers that carried down its legs making
feathery pantaloons.
They chicken-waddled hurriedly into an adjacent yard when the dog and I came closer.
Munch was completely nonplussed.
