Hi friends,
it's a grey day, though it started out sunny. Like most days here. Today we had a bit of a different community meeting... because we had a community picture! I am very excited about this fact, I will keep it forever as an amazing memory of my first community! The funny thing is that Brian Shell took it!! The photo guy forgot that it was this morning!! AH!!
So the last while...
NYPD this friday was good. Rob Clarke gave one of the talks we use on school retreats and did a very powerful video clip. Excellent. Leah is really cool... she is a 17 year old who helps with the middle group.
I talked to my parents for an hour and fifteen minutes today. We talked about lots of things. I can't wait to be in the boat on a beautiful day at Waldenwoods. Sigh.
The next two weeks are going to be intense but wonderful. Please pray... there are two events that could really impact these kids for Christ! Hooray!
I think I am going to spend part of Easter with Sister Joanna, she is amazing and doesn't have any plans!! I have to take care of amazing nuns.
Please pray that Rome comes together really easily. I have been highly encouraged to go for it... so I think I will. But it is still a bit nerve racking trying to arrange. Poland is falling in place wonderfully and I can't wait!!! AHH!! HOORAY!!
Hannah is coming to visit in a week and a half. Random, but randomly wonderful! :-) I will be a bit busy while she is here but that's ok. Hopefully the weather will be good.
I went to a good party last night... a 40th for a great lady in the community. She is a lot of fun, and invited LOADS of people. It went suprisingly well. Poor Brian came, though he'd never met her! But it was nice because I got to talk to him for a while.
(*side note: Brian Shell is a gapper in Belfast who I am pretty good friends with. He came down for a few days with Steve Clarke (the president of Sword of the Spirit) so I got to talk to both of them a bit. Grand. :-)
yeah God is amazing. I love him. Oh man. So good.
