((A smile and a laugh.))

Luffy, haven't you heard? A magician never reveals his secrets. You have to unveil them yourself.

Well, I found what looked to be a marble, introduced said marble to the network. Then I did this: ((repeats the motions)) and it was gone!

Well, that makes one of us, but I'm not sure magic is the culprit of this one. There's something more solid happening here, I'm sure of it.

Surprise, surprise. The marble was never there to begin.

But I saw it!

Yes, as did I, but it's similar to that of a mirage. It may seem to be there, but it is intangible. That you could see it is curious, and only brings out more questions. ((light sigh)) We will see what the next study brings to light.

((He laughs.)) No, I'm a journalist. Investigation is what I'm good at--and puzzles, but they go hand in hand.

Oh, a journalist?

What the hell do puzzles and investigations have to do with each other?

Hmm... Well how could I explain this.... Ah! I know, typical investigation scenario:

PUZZLE 002: Who ate the cake?

It's probably best never to leave your cake unattended like some. Five people were sharing a cake when the five statements were given:

A: "Hey! Somebody ate my piece of cake!"
B: "I didn't eat it!"
C: "Well, B nor E ate it, I promise."
D: "I didn't eat it either"
E: "C is telling the truth"

One of these people is definitely lying, and he's the one who gobbled up the cake. Using your investigation skills, who do you suppose did it?
