WORD UP YALL!
So I am still alive in the outskirts of Asia, trecking along making my long walk back home to the world of civilization. I can't talk for long, the Japanee/Finsh army under the direction of General Yomtom is out to get me and my only asylum is the coasts of Canada.
Now that the cover story is delt with, How is everyone?
It turns out I have sporatic internet acces just about every day so I shall try to take as much advantage of it as possible.
I am doing great, ive done 14 quizzes, of which all were 90/95/100% except one which was 80%, not bad though. Also did this exam called the PSTAR and got 100%(this is the one that really counted for stuff as you needed to get 90% to pass or you get sent home, lots of studying went into that one) Also did my mock MOT(Ministry of Transport) Exam today and im thinking I got in the 80's maybe low 90's. I do the real exam on August 10th or something. Im hoping to get in the 90's for that one as well.
So I went solo in a Plane on Monday, it was so COOL, you have no idea, up there in the air, all by yourself, no instructor yelling at you to watch your A/S or Altitude, not a care in the world untill you here over the radio, YA, umm Brown Thunder,(the name of my plane),you seem to be having problems keeping straight and level on downwind, meanwhile theres me pulling positive/negative G's in the plan doing roller coasters, OOOPS.
Then there was yesterday, what a day it was. My flights went great and then on the way back to Courtenay from port Albernie my instructor and another decided to play FORMATION FLYING! Wow I never though it could be so cool, wow, just wow. So when are we going flying guys? Im gona make another posts with the average rates, but I think its like $100-150 an hour. Anyway we can deal with that latter.
I hope everyone is having a great summer, working hard and what not, I know I am, waking up at 5:30 every day except sundays, when I get to wake up at 7. Yup, but the government is spending something like $10,000 on me so I shall not complain.
