Vid Pimpage!
I tend to just assume that everyone on my f-list doubles back on the other IJVP vidders, but just in case...
--pipsqueaky has released her first vidlet: "The Moth" (Gone with the Wind--Oh so lovely and deliciously angsty.)
--sdwolfpup, the instigator of all of this, has her first two vids up (third should be following shortly.): "Jesus Walks" (Braveheart to Kanye West--awesome!) and "Head Over Feet" (Doyle/Cordelia from Angel--beautifully bittersweet.)
--f1renze just posted her first vidlet: "My Band" (Angel, early seasons, Angel/Cordelia/Wes/Gunn--an insane amount of fun!)
--And soon sweetestdrain is going to be starting up her project too, so keep an eye out there as well!
Seriously, I trust every one of these vidders implicitely--you will not be disappointed if you tune in for these projects. Regardless of their disclaimers. ;D They are all very talented, and knowing we'll be getting all of these vids from them makes me incredibly happy. :}
And just to liven up the mix in case you have seen these recced all over the place already, I'll toss out a couple of other recent vids I've seen:
--"Body" (Firefly/Serenity - Mal/River) by obsessive24- It's intended as a shipper vid, but the exact nature of the 'ship is left nebulous enough to satisfy everyone. It's really lovely. Great effects work, and I thought the ending was especially beautiful.
--And for something completely different, a cute "Once More with Feeling" vid by eurothrashed to Bon Jovi's "My Life". Even after having seen several fantastic vids to that episode, this one was totally fun. It's a small encode, but if you liked that episode you should get a kick out of it.
