I am the Pasta Queen!

Heh...ok, not really, but I bought a pasta maker tonight, and made some spinach & cheese raviolli with it.

What I learned:

- The counter-clamp with the pasta maker is kinda cheap, but ::shrug::...
- Making raviolli by hand is not worth saving the $17 for the mold thingy if I actually plan on doing this more than twice a year.
- Fresh pasta really is better than the mediocre refrigerated stuff, or the normal dried stuff.
- Pasta is easy! (Am I the only one that didn't know it's just eggs and flour?) But kneading the dough is really hard if you don't make it wet enough. :P

Actually, I bought a pasta maker, brought it home, opened it up, and it didn't have any instructions--other than telling me on the box not to get it wet (What? I can't get it wet, and I have no instructions to tell me why? Ack!). Plus? It was broken. So the boyfriend and I got to drive all the way back to the mall and get a new one, then I got to make pasta.

Mmm....pasta... And since I've used up my daily allowance of the word "pasta," I'll stop now. :)
