Wow. So unexpected and so awesome. Chief was such a favorite when I watched the miniseries. Sigh. This is such an excellent encapsulation of his increasingly creeptastic role on the show. Poor Cally. I still feel for her.

OH wow...that was so violent and so bloody I'd almost forgotten how violent the Chief could be at times. Very creepy put to such a sexy song. Fantastic job!

Thank you! They were small moments, relatively speaking, but man, he didn't go halfway. And yes! I love the song, and I love boppy sexy vids to it, but it's *creepy* if you listen to it right. *g*

Bloody fucking hell, that's fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. I love how straight you play your interpretation of the song as violence and Chief's personality. Vidding against expectation with a song is an old trick, one that's so often done now (me included!) that it's usually done with a wink and a nod, saying, look, this is subversive, but here you just attack it and appropriate it and turn it into something else entirely, just like Chief when you compare what we thought we saw in the mini with what we got by the end.

It's brilliant.

Ooh, wow. That was kind of amazing. I didn't expect the end that, the lines about being soft and sweet would be about Chief but I should have known. I always thought he was so cuddly until . . . wrench. And that was way before he married Cally or anything. I'm so glad you picked up on that wrench (and I was kinda glad Cally got a chance to wield it too, though that's a bit twisted too).

Great vid about Chief's evolution. So many characters changed so much and Chief was another who evolved so quickly and scarily.
