How? I was staring right at him. I didn't feel a thing or see anything.

I can make things vanish like that. Move them someplace else. But when I do it, it's more obvious.

The scientists can make it seem seamless to us. One second, we're in one place, and in the next, we're here. It's not impossible.

[Glance down at the comm still in his hand.]

I wish that could explain the communicator but I've never heard of them being left in this condition.

Karai and I are making a list of names and where they vanished.

[He looks antsier then usual. The whole atmosphere of the town just isn't helping things at all.]
