And the bow's turned back to my home.
So this weekend was fun. megalomanicamie, Todd, and myself headed down to portland with karaksindru for the Stumptown comic con. Of course, we only went one of the two days, but it was still fun.
karaksindru came up Friday night to pick us up at megalomanicamie's place. We stopped to eat at a Red Robin, and didn't get to Portland until 1:30ish in the morning, then played Wii until 3ish.
Saturday we grabbed donuts and Jamba Juice and hit up the con. Which, to be blunt, was a lot smaller and more pathetic than I had expected. But it was still rather neat. Phil Foglio was there, and stuff was purchased from him. We only spent an hour or two there, and the rest of the day was mostly spent playing Wii, and some card games. We also watched Stranger Than Fiction, which was awesomely good. Also, apparently the grocery store we went to Saturday night had cans of Jones soda in 12-packs for ~2.50. That was pretty awesome.
Sunday was more or less mostly playing with the Wii.
All in all, good weekend.
