I almost forgot!
I was dragged to the movies to see Iron Man [I didn't wanna see it] and it turns out I kinda liked it. Heh.
Except for the Evil Giant Robot vs. Iron Man part, because big action sequences like that make me sleepy zzzZZZzz boooooooring time to check the clock and all I could think of was GEE, who gave methamphetamines to The Dude? And the fact that he had grumbling robot-y voice had me howling with inappropriate laughter.
But, you know, RDJ makes everything prettier and brighter and I have loved him since Weird Science [OMG IT'S BEEN 23 YEARS] and he's my mother's favorite actor so there you go.
And Gwyneth Paltrow is one of those actresses the Internet as a whole hates and I love, so bonus for moi.
[I still wanna kill Leslie Bibb the first opportunity I get. UGH.]
Also, Paul Bettany! ♥ ♥ ♥
And Best Cameo Award goes to Tom Morello. Fighting the power, are we?
Finally: Samuel L Jackson = Nick Fury? Pretty much my very favorite thing in the movie. YES.
