I'm waiting for the office to get back to me on a couple of things, so meanwhile, I'm using my favorite procrastination tool in the world to search for DVDs. Here's what I came up with:
. OMG they released Krull on DVD! I need this movie. It's so horribly BAD and stupid, but when I was like, 10 years old? I LOVED IT. Oh, and it's cheaper on Arena [I heart Arena. They delivered my last purchase in less than 24 hours and the shipping fee was 2.73$ for 3 DVDs. They rule].
. Hey Marcele? What to Do in Case of Fire?! Everyone should watch this movie and squee along with M and I at the fuckedupness of it [it's just like Reunion -- the canceled TV show -- except in German and with terrorist bombs]. And the prettiness that is Til Schweiger, even if he only plays Evil German Dude in his Hollywood movies. Or, you know, Formula-1 pilot in that Stallone disaster of a movie that I had to watch because it was work. Ugh.
. Best deal I found on Moonlighting S1+S2. Free shipping. I'm not sure I want this, because Cybill Shepherd bugs me BIG TIME, but since I know some of you cariocas were interested... there you go.
. Breakfast at Tiffany's, Special Ed. Pre-Order for April 18. God, I need this. As in REALLY.
. The Motorcycle Diaries for half the price. FINALLY. And they released Terra Estrangeira on a decent DVD package, but it's 52 bucks and I'm sorry, WHAT?

I'm tempted to buy El Maquinista just so I can have every single movie Christian Bale was in [except for the one with the dragons Rob Bowman directed, because NO], but I'm afraid its fate will be the same as the Dancer in the Dark DVD sitting at my boss' shelf for over two years, still wrapped in plastic because no one has the guts to actually re-watch it.
. Bella Martha! From now on, whenever people accuse me of not having a heart because I hate romantic comedies, I'll just answer with "well, when it's not fucking Hollywood making them, chances are I'm gonna love it". Case in point.
. Dinner Rush, really really cheap. *covets* There's no explanation as to why I heart this movie so much except that I do. Maybe I have a kitchen!movie kink? Hmmm. And keeping with movies released by my former employers, Goldfish Memory on DVD. OMG NEED, and not only for all the Damien Rice-singing-bossa-nova on the soundtrack.
. Edukators and Goodbye, Lenin. Still expensive as fuck, but man, I want them. And if only Joyeux Noël would open here already, I'd get my yearly dose of Daniel Bruhl and be a happier Tissa.
