2. Instant Star is now showing on Brazilian television, and I caught a repeat of the first episode at lunch time today. Damn you, Regina!
3. I've been meaning to turn the "random quote" thingy on my sidebar into an actual random quote generator, so I did that today. Oh, the geekiness of me. Go reload my LJ a bunch of times to see the result. :)
5. "Between Mort and Ysabell there was an instant dislike and everyone knows what means in the long term." Hee. Terry Pratchett is one of us.
7. There's a slight chance of me never getting out of the house again because I'm looking up quotes. This might pose a problem.
11. MTV Brasil's new Summer programming is the greatest they ever came up with. MTV Lab is just to die for. And to not sleep at night ever again, because damn if they don't stick the best music videos in the middle of the night.
13. Gilmore Girls - 6.12 - Just Like Gwen and Gavin
. You know, I always forget that ASP will go for the whimper instead of the bang every.single.time. The reveal was quick, somber, underrated.
. And then comes the hammer down, and it's Luke -- and not Lorelai -- that is freaking out and wants the wedding postponed. GAH.
. Poor Lorelai. She's gonna go back to her pretending-everything-is-fine-when-inside-she's-having-a-nervous-breakdown, isn't she?
. Something that was interesting in this episode is that it has been SO LONG since we saw Rory being her logical, rational, level-headed self that when she is all that, it almost feels wrong... but at the same time, it feels good to relate to her once again.
