You know what I shouldn't watch before I go to bed? A documentary that showed in extreme detail what would happen to Earth if the galaxy were to be swallowed by a black hole.
That's like, the ultimate recipe for my nightmares. ::shudders::
When I was a kid, my biggest fear EVER was that a nuclear bomb was gonna go off and the planet would explode. I was a very weird child. :)
It also didn't help that the football game SUCKED and that I watched
It's All About Love before the documentary.
I mean. I adore this movie more than words could ever say, but really. It just added up to the black hole thing, what with the end-of-the-world imagery and
Anthony Dod Mantle's ever so CREEPY cinematography.
So yeah. Nightmares. Gah.
Apropos: Vinterberg's next movie,
Dear Wendy, was written by Von Trier, stars Jamie Bell, it's sort-of a tribute to a bunch of Kubrick's movies, and it's about teens and guns in America.
This is gonna hurt A LOT, isn't it?
