First day of vacation. I totally got up at noon just because I could. Yay! :)
Maaail! Got cards from jade_starlight [Snoopy! EEE!], hostile17girl [The drawing! And the colors! EEE!] and saava [Angie! You know me too well. "Morbid" part included. ;)].
The weather changed and it's cold...ish [well, I needed a blanket to cover me during the night *g*] and weird and I'm freaking out I'm gonna get sick again over this change. ::overdoses on Vitamin C::
I probably should be packing, but I'm reading AU fluffy fic and not even caring about the typos/grammar assassination. That's what vacation's about, right? ;)
My uncle is here [he brought his guitars to be fine-tuned by some famous expert guy in Rio], and thus Marina and I are getting a ride to Campos tomorrow. Sweet! Nothing sucks more than the 4 hour bus ride there.
Went to a couple of stores to look for some sort of cute christmas-y wrapping paper; only found the most hideous designs ever known to mankind. Will have to improvise. ::takes out crayon box::
Stuff to do before leaving for Campos:
today:
- Burn a couple of mp3 CDs
- Wrap Christmas gift
- Pack
- Upload website updates
tomorrow:
- Pay the bills that are due next week
- Ask the super to keep my mail safe 'til I come back
- Clear fridge out of perishables
