I feel strange even labeling this HYDRA Trash Party. It's just sort of... HYDRA routine activities. Evil and cruel, but not really for anyone's enjoyment. Um. Probably. Let's assume.
OTOH it's written to fulfill a trashmeme prompt, and in collaboration with
feanorinleatherpants, who did the accompanying art, which is on tumblr here and here (NSFW for nudity and people offscreen being cruel to Bucky). Sooo. Trash it is.
