vacations suck

OK, not really - but dealing with what happens when the air carrier you booked with suddenly vanishes sucks A LOT. I just keep telling myself that a week in Hawaii will make up for the 2 hours of terrible jazz Muzak I had to deal with this morning while being on hold. Screw Aloha Airlines, if they weren't already out of business, I'd lodge a complaint.
