Oy vey.  So after having sewage back up in my shower, my landlord telling me "it's okay, it won't happen again," and then having a more than unwelcome surprise when I came back to my apartment after the marine band audition, I was almost happy when my landlord had his maintenance crew auger my mainline (discovering tampons and long hair as the blockage culprit, which means my NEIGHBORS).  But this evening I discovered a vast patch of water covering almost my entire living room carpet.

My basement already leaks in the laundry area when it rains, I can't take this anymore.  I am officially looking for a new residence..
