The Draft
Alright - sorry sorry sorry for accusing Bush of the whole Draft crap. He's not involved in it, he didn't start it and has no part in it really. As much as I hate giving Bush any type of credit, he's not in the picture when it comes to this. I left the post in a hurry and didn't check out the facts, yes I know. The democrats proposed this and are the sponsors of it (13 of them at least) Ok, so the question is Why? I left something similar to this on Myspace.com and one of my friends, "Get Rid of Bush," responded as he was the one that first notified me of this. His "theory" is that maybe this bill isn't supposed to really go through the House and Senate and all. Perhaps it's more of a stunt to show Republicans that your kids too could be involved in this war we have going on in an effort to bring about some empathy for the war situation. Who knows, if I have time today I'm planning on emailing the Reps and Senators from GA and see what they have to say on the issue. Lemme know what you think.
