sweet & low.
So much has been going on in the past five weeks since I've written that I don't even know where to start. Most of my time has been spent with Brittany, being here for her and loving her unconditionally as she takes on the challenge of being pregnant. She's been living with me and I'm doing all I can to show how deeply my love runs for her. It's a different position for me to be in because I've never had to open my arms to a friend who is pregnant, I'm trying my very best.
Tomorrow night is prom and I can honestly say that I haven't been more excited about something in a long time. I have my dress, shoes, and jewelry all laid out for tomorrow. I'm anxious for Nick to see me all dressed up and vise versa. Years ago my mom asked me if I thought I'd go to prom with Nick when we got older, I told her yes. It amazes me how far we've come and how much we've grown up, I'm so ready to spend forever with him. I baked a cake and cookies for our after party at Ashley's house. We've rented a mini-coach to take our group of 26. I cannot wait! Hopefully, everything will work out so we can go to the beach on sunday.
There was so much drama going on and it finally passed over. I feel like I've lost a friend and it's so frustrating watching someone you've helplessly loved for years leave you. Hopefully, they'll come around to realize who is here and who always has been.
I'm Wekiva High's student body president for next year because no one chose to run against me. This is a position I've been dying to call my own and now that it's mine, it's beginning to scare me to death. I'm excited though, I have so many ideas.
